he SpyderEVO is LawnBott’s newest entry-level robotic lawn mower in 2012.  The LB1500 is a very basic but effective robotic lawn mower.  Like the original Spyder, there is no LCD screen, few settings and no “fancy” bells and whistles.  It just mows. If you have been interested the LB1200 Spyder, but your lawn is not quite right for it — the LB1500 SpyderEVO could be the lowest priced solution within the LawnBott line.

1. Stake the included perimeter wire around the borders of your yard, home and any areas you don’t want to cut; flower gardens, landscaped areas, swimming pool, etc. using the included pegs. 2. Place the mower inside your mowing area then turn it on.
3. Press the start button.

The LawnBott SpyderEVO will mow your lawn until the battery is low or it has completed the area.  From there, you pick it up and recharge it using the included cable. If you prefer more automation, an optional docking station can be purchased as an accessory.

The LawnBott LB1500 is lithium battery powered. This robotic electric lawn mower weighs 25 pounds and can mow slopes up to 25 degrees. This LawnBott can mow for about 3.5 hours per charge, and recharges in about 3 hours. With the optional dock, SpyderEVO can automatically undock, mow your lawn then and re-dock - 7 days a week.

Bump Sensors
Bump sensors are activated when the LawnBott gently encounters an object such as a tree, wall, or any object over 4.5 inches high.  This feature protects the mower as well as objects that may be on the lawn.

Lithium Battery Technology
Here are the advantages of lithium batteries:

1. Lithium batteries have a life span about 2 - 3 times longer than lead acid batteries
2. Lithium battery increases the slope/hill capability to about 25 degrees due to lighter weight
3. Lithium batteries have no memory
4. Lithium batteries run longer and recharge quickly

US Consumer Product Safety Commission Accepted
The LawnBott are the only robotic lawn mowers that have been accepted by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

Safety Touch Sensitive Handle
The LawnBott LB1500 SpyderEVO robotic lawn mower will stop the blade when one of the handles is touched. When both handles are touched, the wheels will stop. When the mower is put down again, it will automatically restart mowing.

Quiet Wheel Motors
The LawnBott SpyderEVO LB1500 robotic lawn mower can barely be heard when standing 15 feet directly from it while it is mowing! Night time mowing is a nice bonus for robotic lawn mowers.

Firmware upgradable over internet - Free
The LawnBott SpyderEVO's firmware is updatable free of charge through the internet.  You receive a free USB upgrade cable (LawnBotts.com exclusive) when you purchase a LawnBott from us.

Blade Modulation
To conserve battery power, the LB1500 SpyderEVO sends just the right amount of current to the blade motor. On high grass, it sends a high current which speeds up the blade. On lower grass, it slows down. This extends the life of the batteries and the mowing motors.

Warranty
Every LawnBott robotic lawn mower has a two year manufacture backed warranty.  Extended warranties are available.  The warranty covers the whole robot, parts and labor except for the cutting blade and cosmetic light bulb.  Lithium batteries have a 1 year warranty.  Shipping is covered to and from your front door for the first 90 days for warranty repair issues.
