LawnBotts.com stand behind our robotic lawn mowers. Our expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy every single customer is why returned products are rare for us.
All accessories: You may return new, unused or unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. There are no restocking fees. The refund amount will not include original shipping and handling cost. Customer is also responsible for return shipping and insurance.

- Prior purchasing, your yard must be evaluated and approved via email or phone to qualify for this offer. (It only takes a couple minutes.)
- Trial starts on the day you receive your mower.
- If you have problems that we cannot solve to your satisfaction, please notify us for return instructions and to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number.
- Your mower must be in good resalable condition and in all original packaging. Damaged (or missing) packing materials will occur additional fees.
- Automatic mowers* only: The refund amount will not include original shipping and handling, used accessories (like pegs, wire and blade, etc) and items that must be replaced or repaired. Special offers and/or bonuses items are subject to full price if not returned unopened. Credit card transaction fees will be charged for purchases refunded beyond 59 days of the date of purchase. (LB1200 Spyder customers: see return policy below.)
- Returns will not be accepted beyond the date given with your return instructions.

Remarks: Most demo and used units come with full or partial manufacture warranty. Returns are not accepted on used or demo units unless specifically stated otherwise.
If you choose not to use our 30 Day Money Back Trial, LawnBotts.com reserves the right to deny or accept returns (with restocking fees) for non-trial customers at our full discretion.
